Position Title: Water & Sanitation Manager
Tasks/Objectives:
In charge of maintaining existing water and wastewater infrastructure, this includes all the piping, pumps, water tower, drainage channels, and latrines. During the annual review, tasked with cost projections for the upcoming year, in terms of maintenance and construction. As part of this review, one of the major objectives for the project was an expansion of the living compound with new buildings. Completed the design, cost estimate and the material ordering for the project. Another aspect of the review was the upgrading of the stormwater management and the solid waste treatment facility. This resulted in mapping and drafting a upgraded stormwater drainage plan to deal with all of the runoff during the wet season. For the solid waste we needed a new medical grade incinerator to deal with all of the medical waste coming from the clinic. Therefore in summary, for the review and plan of action going forward, tasked with the engineering section of the budget proposal, including the designs, layouts, and cost analysis for new construction projects. For the maintenance plan, the cost estimates for the equipment, consumables and spare parts projection.

Position Title: Water & Sanitation Manager and Hospital Logistics Manager
Task/Objectives:
In charge of maintaining existing water and wastewater infrastructure, however this time covering a much bigger facility as this was a fully functional hospital. Hospital Logistics included tracking and maintaining all of the hospital's medical equipment from the oxygen concentrators scattered throughout the various wards, to the autoclave in the lab and all of the surgical equipment. The other aspect was feeding the 200+ patient/caretakers, with the hospital kitchen and handling the logistical challenges of food, fuel, and sanitation. Another important part was insuring the operation of the cold chain for medical supplies and the temperature controls for the Pharmacy. All that would just be for the day to day activities. For long term projects, tasked with designing, material ordering, cost estimates for all the new construction at the hospital. During tenure, completed construction of 3x4x3m concrete water tank, 50m x 50m Trans-Evaporation field network, light wooden shelter for 30m^3 emergency water tanks. For the future projects planning we drafted and cost estimated road network extensions, new building foundations, new vehicle maintenance facilities, and a new wastewater treatment facility.
