Landfill Environmental Projects:
Performed multi-media environmental monitoring consistent with regional and national environmental regulations in accordance with the sites' solid waste disposal permits and Environmental Monitoring Plans (EMPs). With sites across the United States and Canada.
Data management, performing quality assurance/control review of laboratory results, resolving data quality issues with the laboratory, and building and maintaining databases.

Computer modeling with Surfer, for contouring and surface modeling of groundwater for evaluation of watershed and aquifers. Design and drafting details in AutoCAD. Water quality analysis for chemical data evaluation with AquaChem, for statistical calculations, data analysis, water quality modeling, plotting, mapping and reporting.

Monitoring Well Development:
Oversight and management of well drilling, followed by well development and Control and Quality Assurance (CQA) of multiple, newly installed wells using a variety of methods including pumping, surging and bailing.

Stormwater and Wastewater:
Environmental Engineer responsible for performing quarterly wastewater monitoring and storm water monitoring activities, to insure design meets regulations, consistent with the site's wastewater discharge permits, NPDES permits and storm water pollution control plans (SWPCP). Performs sites' data management including performing quality assurance/control review of laboratory results and resolving data quality issues with the laboratory.

Industrial/Commercial Facility:
Environmental monitoring, permitting, and reporting consistent with the site's wastewater discharge permits, NPDES permits, storm water pollution control plans (SWPCP), and air discharge permits. Perform data management for various industrial and commercial facilities; performing quality assurance/control review of laboratory results, resolving data quality issues with the laboratory, and reporting for environmental compliance.

Construction CQA Projects:
Construction Quality Assurance (CQA) for the drilling and installation of Landfill Gas (LFG) collection wells, water quality monitoring wells, municipal landfill wastewater treatment system, leachate drainage and discharge systems, and for the installation of geo-synthetic liner and compacted clay cover for landfill closure.

Engineering Design Projects:
Assist in design, AutoCAD and hand drafting, for landfill gas extraction wells, leachate and gas conveyance pipe work, cut-fill and grading, road and ditch crossings, drainage networks, mapping gas well coverage and shut off points, as well as design details.
Data management; Track, check and update construction material bid quantities and landfill gas well schedule databases.

Computer Modeling, using U.S. E.P.A. Risk Reduction Engineering Laboratory Hydrologic Evaluation of Landfill Performance (HELP) computer model, written by the U.S. Army Engineer Waterways Experiment Station. Using the HELP computer model to calculate and evaluate landfill design and performance.
